We have been buying leads from E-Leadz for over a year now. We are currently buying about 300 leads a day. Yes, like ALL other lead companies there are returns. The good thing about E-Leadz they have great customer service and give you credit for every verified bad lead. I have been buying internet leads for 7 years now and have gone through 30 or more companies. Some never sent our correct criteria, others did not have the volume and some plain out screwed me. You can always count on getting the volume of leads from E-Leadz and deffinitly get the customer service deserved. We will continue buying leads from E-Leadz, and ONLY from E-Leadz until I get out of the business. I would not waste my time anymore buying from lead brokers. Thanks E-Leadz!!!!!!!!! My company has purchased a couple hundred leads from this company over the past year. Our closing ratio has been less than 3%. We buy mostly from the overstock lot and have had on numerous times been told that the application was weeks if not months old, yet they were represented as 2 or 3 days old. I would recommend them if you are o.k. with spending $2700 to make $9000 gross. |

I run a small company with 4 loan reps. We have tried 7 different lead companies in the last year and Eleadz is by far the most competitive lead provider I have found. Closure rates on there loans have been consistently 20%. The return policy is also the best I have dealt with, never once have I not been credited on a loan that I said was bad. |

Very few of the loans with eleadz are closable loans. they do replace bad leads quickly. They are recycled. They have quantity, you will get exactly how many leads with filters you so desire, but closing these leads are a whole different story |

We purchased both refi and purchase leads and found that the additional filter criteria we paid for were never accurate. We were able to return most of them but found ourselves returning the replacement leads as well. We spent all our time returning leads. E-leadz may be a good source for bulk leads with no additional criteria but doesnt work if you want your leads to fit specific parameters. |

I purchased 20-30 leads, many of the leads I contacted were valid, but were not fresh. I paid for leads that wer supposed to be 1-2 days old when in fact they were 3-4 months old. I kept getting the same response when I called the potential borrowrs: Quit calling me, I requested this info. months ago and have already closed on the loan. |

I have been using these leads for almost 6 months. I only buy 10-15 at a time because I am a small brokerage. Seems like when I speak to the client, the have already refinanced or are already doing so. Not sure where these people get the leads but i do know that I have not found this usefull at all. I am just saving the names and address and putting them into my auto dialer for 1.6 years for a follow up call, and frequent mailers. |

In my opinion, Eleadz is less than average on the scale of lead sources. I had to return roughly 35% of the leads due to false information. They did credit back to the account the money for most of the leads that were bad, but not for all of them. Some of the leads are good but it is not the majority. |

I have been using eleadz for over 1 year now. Yes their leads are ok, most of the time you cannot contact the borrower, or its bogus, but when you do it can possibly become a deal. I am frustrated with their customer service when it comes to disputing a lead. For example, I rcvd a lead that a coworker had already rcvd earlier, I contacted them and requested for a credit back, they rejected my request. I contacted my rep and still nothing is resolved or response, its been over 2.5week. But the rep is always returning my coworkers calls and email, but does not bother to respond back to me on my concerns. If I could find a better lead service, I wouldnt go back to eleadz. |

I have been using eleadz since 5/03, they used to be a good lead company that had a decent contact ratio on their leads and their return policy was great. I also buy my own leads for myself only so I am a much smaller client of their, so it could be possible that a bigger client will have better treatment. Since December, I have spent over 2k on eleadz and nothing has pan out, nor was I able to even get any credit back. The leads that I have been receiving are leads that are old (clients already ready to close), bad #s, or clients that I will not pick up their phones or respond back thru email. YET, I cant even get credit back for bad phone #s. For example yesterday I bought a lead, the # was disc, and I disputed with eleadz and got a message today that it is a valid lead. How is that valid when I cannot get a hold of borrower who has a disconnected #.I still have a balance with them on my account, but I am starting to feel like I am just throwing my money away by using them. I would not recommend this company unless you have extra money to toss. |

Eleadz makes their money on the $500 non-refundable deposit they receive from their clients. I have found their leads to be completely inaccurate and the so called fresh ones, are never new. A complete waste of time. Never Again. |
