I use them each week for the past 6 months and get deals from the leads. They send me a credit fast for any leads I dont like. I like them the most because they are a real company that answers the phone and becauss the leads close for me. I buy 5 leads a day and close 1 out of about every 10 leads I buy. |

Upon initial setup LeadBull appeared to be very receptive, advising they have alot of leads to offer. As with any lead company, you come to expect some bogus leads, however over half of the leads we purchased were bogus in one way or another. Initially, it was not to difficult to get someone on the phone at LeadBull, however lately all we get are voice mails. They advised that no company would pay for a bad lead, however they are slow in crediting a lead. All I want from a lead company is for them to stick to there word, and step up to the plate when they need to, and I believe LeadBull has some work to do. They do have quite a few leads to contact which is good, but most being bad or bogus is not good.

I am an experienced mortgage broker, and responded to their attractive offer of 100 free leads if I opened and funded a new account of $250. 48 hours after funding my acct. I inquired where my 100 free leads were, and was told I would get them soon.
Another 48 hours later I inquired again, and the customer service rep. said she would look into it, and get back to me. 72 hours later, I sent an email advising I still hadnt recd my 100 free leads. I got no response. I phoned them again, and again, but line was busy. The next day, I tried phoning them again, but I misdialed, and got a disconnect message from the operator. I sent Leadbull an email asking if they were still in business, and asking them to cancel my acct. I was very upset at this point. They responded, and accused me of being paranoid & called me an *******. I responded with another email asking that my acct be cancelled and my $250 returned (refunded). Leadbull replied and stated that no refund would be forthcoming. I feel I gave Leadbull enough time to comply with their offer, and all I got was a very defensive attitude. Incidentally, I, subsequently purchased 9 of their leads @ $15 each. I thought this might show my loyalty to them, and might get my 100 free leads. Thats when they informed me no refund was possible. So, now, Im left stranded, and nowhere to turn. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I have used LeadBull for about 3-4 months and have only received one lead that was good. Virtually EVERY lead is old or bogus or both. I received a credit for a lead that reappeared as new the very next day. Avoid these people like the plague. No Refunds, I was told it is in the Terms and Conditions, Sir. Horrible customer service as well, requested several times to speak with someone about junk leads, and you have to leave a message and then no one calls you back. NOW my account was deleted and they dont know how. |

I started with Leadbull a couple of days ago and purchased 3-leads that were to be 36 hours old @ $15 each, 1-wrong number, 1-cant get a hold of and the latest one told me that he already closed on mortgage 18-months ago.
Ive been tring to contact Leadbull, but all I do is leave messages with no result. The funny part is I started my reserach of lead generators on this site and now I wonder if this site is bogus too. |

I spoke with Jay @ Leadbull.com and he assured me that I could get leads less that 36 hours old by ordering online and get 6 leads with a minimum of $100.00. I ordered my first batch of 6 and every one of them were 10 days to 2 weeks old. They had already secured financing.I quickly phoned Jay back and he assured me customer service would review and I would receive a return call within 30 minutes. I requested update to date leads to replace them or my money back. I have left messages in Sales and Customer Service, NO RETURN CALLS. |

I use them daily. I dont mind about getting bogus leads. Everyone is going to have them. I get them from all companies. Leadbull credits me back eothin minute usually. Recently we tried 10 of the new verified leads on leadbull @ $30 per and bam! I was very happy with the lead quality. Wish all of their leads were that good. |

Every lead I called (when the number was correct!) was old, I asked each lead when they requested info and every one was weeks or months old.
Most had already refinanced.
These leads might work for some who have posted here, but I dont see how if they are so old. |

When you actually get a hold of a lead you find out that they have never applied for a loan or that the last time they did was 1 to 2 years ago!Most the time you dont get return calls from borrowers because they never applied. After not getting a hold of them within 72 hours you can no longer return it. Even if they never did apply for a loan and it is completely bogus. Leadbull would be broke if they allowed returns after 72 hrs because 100% of the leads are bogus. I funded my account for one of their promos and they only sent me half of the leads. About 10 emails and phone calls later they sent the other half but they were mostly all duplicates from the first half. Oh, and there were already duplicates within the first batch as it was. To this day they still have not fulfilled that promo. I tried to talk to a manager and they tell you all the managers are out of the office and someone will call you back later...not true. Nobody will call you back. This company is a rip off. I even had a borrower from one of the leads tell me that they have received 19 calls from lead bull. So they did research and found out that they just get numbers from directories. Then they make up the other info on the lead and then they sell it. They do not sell it only 3 times because a couple days later they will repost it as new again. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE MONEY AND DONT WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF THEN STEER CLEAR OF LEADBULL. THIS WARNING IS TO STOP OTHERS FROM BEING VICTIM TO LEADBULL! |
