I have had successful closings with these leads perhaps 1 in 10. I was turned off when i received the exact same INFO with a different date 6-months later on two occassions and confirmed with the borrower they had only applied once! |

Over-Sold Leads

I was told they only sell each lead to a maximum of 3 brokers. Right after I signed up with them, they changed it to 4 brokers. PLUS, they also started selling the same leads on their sister companys website. Who knows how many times more the leads were sold. All I do know is that mostly every lead I spoke to told me that I was the 8th to 12th person to call. Its rather difficult to sell someone who is aggrevated from having so many sales calls. They never bothered to inform anyone that they changed their policy. I only found out what was going on when I called my sales rep. He was fed up too. He told me what was going on. Soon after he left the company. When I inquired about a refund, I was told that they could not refund for leads already supplied. They also would not admit their new policy in regard to their sister companys website. Their claim was the same old anyone can sign up on multiple web sites for information. They said all I could get was more leads for the credits I had coming to me for the bad/bogus leads I already got. So out of 50 leads that I paid for, they only gave me a refund for 10 leads, because thats how many leads they had fulfilled. I had to take 40 credit leads for the 40 junk leads that they had sent me. The 40 credit leads they send me were so old.And of course they found every resaon not to credit me for those. That was the worst $1,250 investment I ever made. Buyers Beware! |

Ive had a terrible experience with this company. All of the leads that I have received with mleads have turned out to be poor quality. Find another company that will promise what they say they can deliver. This is not the company. |
